Regular water testing is essential to keeping your aquarium healthy—even crystal-clear water can hide imbalances that affect your fish.

We offer one free water test per order for existing customers. Just bring in a clean 200 ml sample of your tank water, and our experts will test it on-site and give you the results right away, along with advice on any necessary adjustments.

We offer general health assessments to help ensure your pets or livestock are in optimal condition. While we are not licensed to provide veterinary care or diagnoses, our team is trained to observe overall well-being, identify potential issues, and advise if a visit to a qualified veterinarian may be necessary.

We’re also here to support you with husbandry recommendations, helping you create the most effective and enriching environment for your animals.

Customers are welcome to pre-order bulk frozen foods for in-store pickup with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For added convenience, we also maintain a full in-store selection for those looking to purchase individual prey items or 10-packs. Our stocked range includes mice, rats, and chicks to meet a variety of feeding needs.
